1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions are issued by 1001328662 ONTARIO INC., operating the workforce management platform known as Workforce Connect (also referred to as WFConnect). References to “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company” in this document refer to 1001328662 ONTARIO INC. and the Workforce Connect platform collectively.

Workforce Connect is a staffing and workforce solutions platform operated by 1001328662 ONTARIO INC. It is a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada. The Workforce Connect brand and platform are wholly owned and operated by 1001328662 ONTARIO INC.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Workforce Connect website (www.wfconnect.org), the applicant portal (apply.wfconnect.org), the contractor guide (guide.wfconnect.org), or the Workforce Connect mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or submit any applications or forms.

The Workforce Connect platform is intended for use by individuals seeking employment or subcontractor opportunities in the hospitality, housekeeping, and commercial cleaning sectors, as well as by client businesses seeking staffing services.

1001328662 Ontario Inc. may send conversational and operational SMS messages related to staffing services, scheduling, onboarding, and support.

Users only receive SMS messages after voluntarily opting in through website forms, such as forms at https://apply.wfconnect.org or https://www.wfconnect.org, or through other express consent.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of employment, application approval, or service.

Message and data rates may apply.

4.1 Types of SMS Communications

By checking an SMS consent box on a Workforce Connect form, or otherwise expressly opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications related to:

Message frequency varies depending on your engagement and active assignments. You may receive multiple messages per week during active work periods.

4.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Workforce Connect is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.

4.4 How to Opt Out (STOP or CANCEL)

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP or CANCEL to any text message you receive from Workforce Connect. Upon receipt, we will send a confirmation message and cease sending further SMS messages. Please note that opting out of SMS may affect our ability to communicate with you by text regarding active assignments.

Reply HELP to any text message to receive contact and support information. You may also contact us directly at privacy@wfconnect.org.

4.6 Privacy

Your phone number and SMS consent information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your phone number, mobile opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in Canada to submit a worker or subcontractor application through the Workforce Connect platform. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Workforce Connect platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Workforce Connect brand name, is the property of 1001328662 ONTARIO INC. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Workforce Connect platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes or placement results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1001328662 ONTARIO INC. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Workforce Connect platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted at https://www.wfconnect.org/terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
